SHIPPING POLICY

1. Important shipping information

We recommend that you consider the following information:

• You are the owner of the Products once we have received full payment and delivered the Products to you.

• Please note that all deliveries require an in-person signature from a person over 18 years of age.

• Once an order for a product has been placed online, we are unable to change the order delivery address.

• If our carrier does not find a signee at the designated address, the package will be attempted twice more and a card with instructions will be left each time.

• If we are unable to contact you or reschedule delivery despite reasonable efforts, your package will be returned to the shipper and delivery will need to be rescheduled through customer service.

2. When will we ship the order?

During the ordering process, we will inform you of the date on which we will deliver the product to you, and we will process it within 1-3 working days after receiving the order. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count towards order processing time. Your order will usually arrive within 3-15 working days after dispatch. This will depend on the shipping method you selected before placing your order. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and will be calculated from the dispatch date we notify you in writing.

During promotional periods you may experience shipping delays as delivery times may take 2 or 3 working days longer than usual during these busy times. If your order is delayed beyond this time, we will advise you of your options.

If the delivery of our products is delayed due to an event beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the impact of the delay. In this case we will not be liable for delays caused by such events, but if there is a risk of significant delays compared to the estimated delivery date (i.e. more than 3 working days), you can contact us to end the contract, and get a refund for products you paid for but didn't receive. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes at the delivery destination.

3. Free shipping

Free shipping on our website. Please note that shipping will be free on your order during checkout. If you need to return or exchange, we will charge return shipping fees. Please refer to the return policy for details.

4. First time order

To ensure your safety, please note that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address. To avoid delays with your order, please make sure your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder name matches the name shown on the card. Please also make sure to fill in your contact information accurately so that we can contact you if needed.

5. Insurance

We insure every item purchased from the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require an adult to sign for any goods delivered, after which time responsibility for your purchase passes to you.

6. Track your order

You can track the status of your order by logging into your account on our website and visiting the "Orders" section.

7. Taxes and duties

According to relevant national customs regulations, tariffs may be incurred during the delivery process, and this tariff needs to be borne by the buyer.

Customs duties are collected by national customs and have no connection with this website. It is recommended that you consult the relevant departments for the specific tax amount. If customs duties need to be paid, the relevant staff will notify you and send a customs declaration notice. After you pay all the customs duties, you can collect the package. If the item is returned to the place of origin due to refusal to pay customs duties, the item will not be reshipped. All costs incurred shall be borne by the buyer. (Including international round-trip shipping, customs clearance fees, tariffs, etc.) The official website will refund you after deducting the above fees.
